As any regular reader knows, I don’t worry about eating gluten free. In fact, I rarely worry about anything I eat.
However, I do have friends who need to follow a gluten free diet and finding gift baskets or other gourmet food gifts for them has been troublesome. I was really pleased when Karon Thackston started a site for Gluten Free Products that are actually good tasting and highly rated. I’ve met Karon – she’s a classy, educated lady and I’d trust her food recommendations anytime.
Realizing that Easter is approaching, I wanted to check out the Easter Baskets that I could get for one of my oldest friends who has a child who eats a gluten free diet, Karon’s site was the first place I checked. I wasn’t surprised that Karon has put together a great selection of gluten free Easter Baskets for kids. She’s found pre-made baskets as well as gluten free candy so you can easily put together your own gluten free Easter Basket. Heck, I’m a big fan of Jelly Belly – The Original Gourmet Jelly Bean myself, and didn’t even realize that they were gluten free.
