Rachel Ray – love her or hate her, some of her cookware is undeniably cool.  I just love these vibrant, fun, contemporary-shaped stoneware cookware that have recently been released.  The come in a variety of sizes from large 3 quart roasting dishes to au gratin dishes to adorable, versatile little ramekins.   The hot and sunny colors are great – cobalt blue, light green, sunshine yellow and bright orange.  Some pieces come in a rich chocolate color, too.

  • Dishwasher, microwave, freezer safe and oven safe to 500°F for convenience and versatility. The glazed interior is nonporous so foods won’t interact or stain.
  • Contemporary Design – Contemporary, playful shape in a vibrant and fun colors go directly from oven to table. The shallow sides result in crunchy tops for each serving.
  • Easy Storage – Clever cookware design allows most pieces to nest together to save space in your cupboard.
  • Wide, Flared Handles – Enables you to get a good grip from any angle.

Any of these would be great to have, but I’ve got my eyes on the set of four 10 ounce Bubble and Brown Singles.  At $19.99 these look great on the table, and the individual servings add a personal touch for guests.  There’s an extra added bonus:  Automatic portion control.  With these, I won’t have the chance to go back for seconds of the mac ‘n cheese.

One Response to “Rachel Ray Cookware – Very Cool”

  1. I was just watching 30 minute meals with Rachel Ray last night and she used these very dishes for a halloween mac and cheese side dish.

Since I was a newly married, young wife in the late 1970′s (and my kitchen was that bright apple green) :( I’m not such a fan of the bright oranges and greens, brings back memories of those avacado and brown appliances, :) but I do love that cobalt blue.

Thanks for a great informational website.
